Digital Transformation and ICT Strategy

We were challenged with designing the Education Authority’s Digital Transformation Strategy in a clear and straightforward way to a diverse audience of stakeholders, schools and parents, totally more than 380,000 individuals. 

We worked with the client to break down the strategy into: Why? What? How? We developed a unique infographic style for the five key strategic themes that formed the body of the strategy. 

To launch the strategy we created an animated explainer video. We scripted, designed and animated a three minute video – the aim was to break the strategy down into its essence, with a clear call to action to encourage audiences to explore the full strategy.
